Return Policy

  • Most items can be returned provided that they have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

  • What cannot be returned/exchanged?

    • Anything that has be customized

    • Paw balm

    • Gift cards

    • Anything marked with final sale

  • We do accept exchanges – please request an exchange by emailing us, including what you would like to exchange the item for (we will need to confirm availability of item).

  • Any shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be at your expense.

  • You may make returns within 30 days of your purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Once your item has been received, inspected and accepted, we will issue a refund on your original payment method.

    • The timing of this refund will be dependent on your bank/credit card company. Once we have issued the refund you will need to contact your provider for any issues.

  • Please email us to confirm your return before you send us any items. Items that are sent before being approved will not be accepted as a return.
