Return Policy
Most items can be returned provided that they have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
What cannot be returned/exchanged?
Anything that has be customized
Paw balm
Gift cards
Anything marked with final sale
We do accept exchanges – please request an exchange by emailing us, including what you would like to exchange the item for (we will need to confirm availability of item).
Any shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be at your expense.
You may make returns within 30 days of your purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
Once your item has been received, inspected and accepted, we will issue a refund on your original payment method.
The timing of this refund will be dependent on your bank/credit card company. Once we have issued the refund you will need to contact your provider for any issues.
Please email us to confirm your return before you send us any items. Items that are sent before being approved will not be accepted as a return.
